Since starting the business in 2014, we’ve quickly grown to more than 180 people in Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, have worked on over 2,000 campaigns for more than 500 brands, grown our network to more than 8,000 creators, and have given more than US$24 million back to them. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for people who, like us, are fascinated by the evolution of media, content marketing, and brand communication.

FOCUS
● Stakeholder Management - management of all leads related to the
delivery of successful campaigns and growth of the account.
● Project Delivery & Quality - overseeing client accounts after the
sales won the projects and taking over to execute the project from
start to finish.

● Account Growth - consistently opening up opportunities with new
brands associated with the company or expanding the services
procured by the Client.

● Account Performance & Reporting - regular QBRs should be
completed with the goal of demonstrating performance, areas of
improvement and areas of opportunity. Data will play a key role in
successfully managing an account.

Kualifikasi

WHAT DO WE NEED
● Min. 4 years of experience being an Account/Client Service.
● A great team player with 100% commitment to learn.
● Good communication skills (English and Bahasa).
● Highly responsible and able to work independently.
● Familiar with digital activity and update to current trends in socmed.
● Proficient in building budget plan, proposal pitch and sales strategy.
● Full time working hour
