Since starting the business in 2014, we’ve quickly grown to more than 180 people in Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore, have worked on over 2,000 campaigns for more than 500 brands, grown our network to more than 8,000 creators and have given more than US$24 million back to them. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for people who, like us, are fascinated by the evolution of media, content marketing and brand communication.

Job Role

  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options
  • Drive new initiatives to acquire new business from the ground up
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of our products. New leads may be generated through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals
  • Meet sales revenue targets
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close
  • Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance team target

Kualifikasi

Requirements

  • Min. +4 years with background as Business Development, Sales or Partnership B2B within a complex and fast-paced business environment, preferably as a Manager or Team Leader in Digital Marketing in Agency, Media or Brand side
  • A suitable candidate will have established contacts and relationships within the business’s industry
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Have a consultative sales approach
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
  • Driven and motivated
  • Able to use MS Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferable have an experience using Google Sheet, Word & Slides
